Directions: follow A38 towards Alveston, turn right into Tockington Park Lane and keep going. Post code takes you to destination if using satnav.

Open views, extensive gardens, including wild flower beds, pond. Alpaca’s, chickens and cats, various outbuildings. Please be respectful of Alpaca’s who are friendly to us humans. On sight parking, facilities to make tea/coffee, access to toilet.

Anyone participating in Clifton Arts Club activities does so at their own risk. The Club and its members involved in organising such activities do not accept liability for loss or injury suffered by participants.
