Cottage garden, mature trees, pond, green house, variety of seating areas. Parking in layby next to house, access to toilet, tea/coffee/cake provided for a donation. Directions: From Redhill Lane B4461 towards Alveston 2 miles, turn left towards Elberton, then immediately right.
