Gelli Plate Printing with Sue Pickering

In this workshop you will explore the process of monoprinting with a Gelli Plate and create beautiful multi-layered layered prints. We will use stencils and stamps to build up shapes and textures and discover how colour, shape and texture combine in a series of prints on paper.

All key materials are provided. If you have a Gelli Plate you may wish to bring it with you. You may also wish to bring old/recycled objects to create interesting textures (plastic containers, carboard tubes, bubble wrap, old fabric, etc.).

Please wear clothes and footwear suitable for using acrylic paints.

Bring a bag or portfolio with you to take work away at the end of the day.
