Members’ Showcase Art in the Sanctuary 8th-18th July

To celebrate 120 years of Clifton Arts we are running 3 events.

The first, art then! hosted by the RWA 3rd July-3rd Aug will showcase work of Clifton Arts’ early members, from their archive. Visitors can then visit our second exhibition,  The Members’  120th Anniversary Exhibition known as  “art now! ”  from 8th-18th July to make their own judgements about art by our members in Bristol 100 years or so apart.

The  art now! exhibition will be  at the Victoria Methodist Church 8-18th July, in the beautiful Sanctuary, showcasing Clifton Arts Members’ work, that one special piece  that they treasure and do not want to sell particularly, but are happy to exhibit and be part of this special exhibition. Turner, Matisse, and many others held on to their favourite pieces and Clifton Arts wants to showcase yours. If you wish to sell your picture if the ” price is right” you can indicate this on the google form. The closing date for this Members’ Exhibition is 1st June 

We are expecting  a large number of members to engage in entering one piece of their work for this exciting exhibition. This can be done by completing this google form here: Members’ 120th Anniversary Exhibition

Once completed it will confirm your entry. Then please pay £10  for your special entry either by BACS HSBC 40-17-61   a/c 60020699 or through the ticket below. You will then receive a confirmation of all the details you have submitted. Shortly after you will receive the terms and conditions , all you need to know in terms of dates

To enter the third event, the  Members’ Summer Fair  also 8th-18th July in the  Undercroft at the Victoria Methodist Church, where we will be selling lots of members’ artworks, ceramics unframed, mounted original work and prints please find the entry for this also in the Events section to register, complete a google form and pay.
