Saturday 4th July 4.00-6.00 set up panels, lighting, signage, Membership area on stage, History panels
Sunday 5th July 13.00-15.00 Help with hand-in,
15.00-18.00 moving pictures, hanging pictures, lighting, labelling
Monday 6th July 9.00-12.00 Help curators, picture hanging, external bunting, Public art and music areas
12.00-15.00 Picture hanging
Tuesday 7thJuly 9.00- 12.00 Squares, admin areas, refreshments,
4.00-7.00. Serve drinks
6.00-7.30. Help with sales, hosting,
Saturday 18th July 1.00.00-16.00 Wrap up sold pictures and release them
4.00 – 5.00 help artists retrieve their works
5.00-6.30 take down panels, prepare all items to go back to the store

5. Stewarding is vital to the success of the exhibitions and sales. We need people who are entering or not because we have artwork on display on two floors. It is perfectly OK to bring a friend – there is lot going on music, public art, art demonstrations and we hope to see our stewards bringing sketch pads or other artistic activities in with them.
Please let Chris Glanville know asap that you are willing to steward and suggest the dates and times you are able to offer.

7. Musical performances were a great success last year so we have invited more bands and musicians – but there are plenty of slots available for people to come and perform/practice/improvise so do let exhibitions@cliftonarts.org know.
